What qualifies as a long-term deployment?
Anything beyond 90 days. Most of our long-term clients run 6 to 24 months, but we have deployments that have been active for years. The platform is designed for sustained operation, so duration is not a limiting factor.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We structure terms based on your project timeline, not arbitrary minimums. If your construction project runs 8 months, the agreement runs 8 months. No padding, no lock-in beyond what your site actually needs.
What happens if my site layout changes mid-deployment?
We reposition the trailer and reconfigure coverage. Construction sites change constantly, phasing shifts, new structures go up, access points move. Repositioning is included, not billed separately.
How do you handle maintenance over a long deployment?
Proactively. Battery trending, signal health, camera performance, and solar input are monitored continuously through our platform. We address issues before they become downtime. If something needs hands-on service, we schedule it and handle it directly.
Can I add more trailers mid-contract?
If your footprint grows or risk zones shift, we deploy additional units with coordinated coverage zones. Multi-unit deployments share unified monitoring and reporting, so scaling doesn’t create operational complexity.
What happens at end of term?
We pick up the trailer. No removal fees, no damage assessments, no surprise charges. If you need to extend, we adjust the terms. If you’re done, we’re out within a few days of notification.
