Live CCTV systems can be equipped with two-way audio capabilities that allow authorized personnel to communicate directly through the trailer. This capability may be used to issue warnings, deter trespassing, or communicate with individuals on site when necessary. Two-way audio provides an additional option for addressing situations before they escalate.

Yes. All footage is recorded at 8MP (4K) resolution with continuous timestamping. The system maintains a documented chain of custody from capture through retrieval. Can our officers access live feeds in the field?
Yes. The Live CCTV client app provides live view, recorded playback, and PTZ camera control from any phone, tablet, or laptop. You determine who gets access. Feed access can be granted to patrol officers, detectives, command staff, or dispatchers based on your operational requirements.
How does license plate recognition work?
LPR cameras capture license plate data along with associated video and event metadata from moving or parked vehicles. Timestamped plate records are searchable for investigative review. This allows investigators to identify vehicles associated with incidents and review vehicle activity around the deployment area.
What detection analytics are available?
The platform supports AI-assisted detection analytics that distinguish human and vehicle movement from general motion. The system triggers alerts when activity occurs in monitored zones, captures event snapshots, and records associated video clips. This allows personnel to quickly identify activity within large surveillance areas without manually reviewing continuous video.
How do you handle procurement and municipal purchasing?
