Temporary events. Permanent-grade surveillance.
Festivals, tournaments, corporate events, public gatherings. Deploy 4K surveillance in hours, operate it for the duration, and remove it when the event ends. No infrastructure, no trace, no teardown crew.
Guards cover entrances. Nobody's covering the rest.
Events create temporary high-density environments with predictable security gaps. The parking lot, the perimeter, the overnight window between event days.
Events create exposure that doesn't exist the day before.
A field that was empty last week now has stages, vendors, equipment, generators, vehicles, and thousands of people. The security perimeter is temporary, the crowd is unpredictable, and the risk window compresses into a few high-intensity days. Static guard posts cover entry points but leave parking areas, perimeter lines, and back-of-house zones with limited visibility.
Liability doesn’t clock out either.
The overnight window is the blind spot.
Multi-day events create an often-overlooked exposure window: the hours between when the crowd leaves and when it comes back. Vendor equipment, staging infrastructure, AV gear, and vehicles sit on an open site overnight with minimal security presence. This is when theft and vandalism are most likely to occur, and when staffing is hardest to justify.
Documentation protects the organizer.
Injury claims, property damage disputes, vendor disagreements, altercation reports. Without timestamped video evidence, event organizers are left defending against claims with incident reports written after the fact. 4K footage with searchable event metadata changes that equation entirely.
Where events are most exposed.
These are the situations the platform is designed to address.
Common questions from event organizers and venue managers.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally 1-2 weeks for single-unit deployments. Larger events or multi-trailer setups benefit from more lead time so coverage zones can be planned properly. For urgent situations, deployment can happen within 48 hours depending on availability and logistics.
Can the system cover a multi-day event including overnights?
Yes. The solar and battery system runs continuously without external power. Multi-day festivals, tournaments, and week-long events are standard deployments. The trailer stays operational around the clock, including overnight coverage between event days when equipment and infrastructure are most vulnerable.
How many trailers do I need?
That depends on venue size, layout, and how many zones need coverage. A single trailer with 3 PTZ cameras and 5 multisensor cameras covers a significant area from an elevated mast. For larger venues, multiple trailers deploy with coordinated coverage zones. We recommend the right count after reviewing your layout.
Can our event security team access the cameras?
Yes. Authorized personnel access live feeds, recorded playback, and PTZ control through the Live CCTV app on any phone, tablet, or desktop. Alert routing and access permissions are configured per user, so your security director, site leads, and venue management each get the access level they need.
How does audio talkdown work at an event?
Authorized users can issue live audio warnings directly through the trailer’s onboard speakers from their phone, tablet, or computer. Prerecorded messages are also available. This can be used to address unauthorized access, after-hours trespassing, or activity in restricted areas without requiring someone to physically respond to the location.
Is footage available after the event?
Yes. All footage is recorded with timestamped video and event metadata. Footage is accessible through the client app during and after the event. Intelligent event search allows you to locate specific incidents by time, camera, or detection type. Footage can be retained for an agreed period after the event ends and exported in standard formats for incident documentation, insurance claims, or legal proceedings.
