Full coverage for any venue, any duration.
Whether it’s a three-day music festival or a single-night corporate event, the platform deploys the same way.
Rapid deployment, zero infrastructure.
Every trailer is self-contained. Solar-powered, cellular-connected, and towable. No electrical hookup, no Wi-Fi dependency, no permits in most jurisdictions. Tow it into position, raise the mast, and you have 8 cameras at 4K resolution covering your venue within an hour.
One trailer. Setup in one hour. Full perimeter coverage.
One trailer. One hour. Full perimeter coverage.
Events don’t happen during business hours. Crowd dynamics shift fast, and incidents escalate faster. With optional professional monitoring, a trained operator watches your feeds in real time, issues audio talkdown when needed, and coordinates with your on-site team or law enforcement directly.
When the event ends, we remove the trailer. No teardown crew, no restoration costs, no equipment left behind.
Where events need eyes most.
Every event has high-risk zones that are hard to staff consistently. A single trailer covers multiple zones simultaneously.
From booking to breakdown.
The entire cycle, including planning, deployment, live coverage, and removal.
Event security shouldn't mean compromising on specs.
Common questions about event security.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally 1-2 weeks for single-unit deployments. Larger events or multi-trailer setups benefit from more lead time so we can plan coverage zones properly. That said, we’ve deployed within 48 hours for urgent situations.
Can you cover a multi-day event?
Yes. The solar and battery system runs continuously without external power. Multi-day festivals, tournaments, and week-long corporate events are standard. The trailer stays operational around the clock, including overnight coverage between event days when equipment and infrastructure are most vulnerable.
How many trailers do I need for my event?
That depends on venue size, layout, and how many zones need coverage. A single trailer with 8 cameras covers a surprising amount of ground from an elevated mast. For larger venues, we design multi-unit deployments with coordinated zones. We’ll recommend the right count after reviewing your layout.
Do you work with our existing security team?
Absolutely. Our trailers and monitoring integrate with your on-site security operation, not replace it. We can route alerts to your team leads, coordinate escalation protocols with your command post, and provide real-time camera access to your staff through the client app.
What about permits for public venues?
Mobile surveillance trailers are temporary equipment and typically don’t require building permits on private property. Public rights-of-way or municipal venues may have specific requirements. We can advise based on your location and venue type, and we’ve worked with municipalities and event commissions before.
Is there footage available after the event?
Yes. All footage is recorded and accessible through the client app during and after the event. Timestamped 4K video supports incident investigation, insurance claims, and post-event reporting. We can retain footage for an agreed period after the event ends.
